Clinical Pilates

Pilates is a mind/body conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core stability and posture. It is a series of flowing movements designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the body. It considers the body as a whole to restore and teach correct posture and movement.
